Say what you will about Apple, but their stores are everywhere and when I had an iPhone and it acted up with hardware issues, I made an appointment at a store, and 10 minutes after I walked in I walked out with a replacement phone that didn't have that issue. Any opinion about this I dont want to buy a new phone cause I love my G3, and if its a sim card reader. So what you guys think I dont think that is motherboard problem cause then it should make some other problem. The gatherd informations is pointed to a defected sim card reader or a defected motherboard.
LG G3 SIM CARD READER REPAIR SERVICE PLUS
I'll be hoinest and say that the issue I am having plus the fact that I don t have the patience to do things like send my phone away for days for repair have me questioning if I'll buy another LG (I currently have my eyes on the upcoming V10). So I call the LG call center and went in some repair shop to tell my problem. I wouldn't be afraid to tell them that they will lose you as a customer if they don't get this squared away, as you have lots of other manufacturers to pick from when it comes to mobile phones. This is what Apple would do, and it would be a same day thing instead of the pain in the butt you likely are going through sending your phone back and forth to LG. If you are less than a year in, I would continue to push LG but ask them to replace your phone instead of continuing to try (and fail) to fix it. If you are over a year in on the phone, it might be time to weigh the cost vs. LG might be telling you "We are fixing it" but the hardware itself is messed up, and I seriously doubt they are making physical repairs to the phone's SD Card slot holder. Not sure how long you have had your phone, but it sounds to me like there is a hardware issue with the phone, and the SD Card slot is basically broken.
